Balloon It COVID-19 Information


The health, safety and welfare of our customers, team members and the greater community is important to us. We are committed to providing our customers amazing balloon gifts and décor for all your occasions throughout the current climate of the COVID-19 situation in NSW.

As we are a small business operating at our homes with no shop front, we guarantee our customers that:
- Our workspace is sanitised before and after each job
- Our team members are healthy and able to deliver balloon gifts or attend a décor installation.


We will continue to accept orders online via our website ( / Instagram and Facebook platforms, email and by phone.

We will continue with our normal process by securing your order in which an invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided by you. Unfortunately, payments will only be accepted by bank transfer or credit card (prior to delivery and/or collection).


We have taken steps to ensure our customers and their giftees health and safety during these times. Our delivery drivers will be wearing facemasks, sanitising prior to each delivery, and practicing contactless delivery by way of placing the gift by the door, ringing the door bell and standing 2m away until someone accepts the delivery. Please make relevant enquiries to ensure someone is home to accept the order, otherwise our drivers will leave in a safe place near the front door. For corporate orders, orders will be left at reception.

Unfortunately, we won’t be delivering to aged care facilities or hospitals until further notice.

For our balloon orders for pickup:
- An agreed date/time will be allocated
- As we work from home, unfortunately you will no longer be able to enter our premises, in order for us to protect our families (and we thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding)
- Customers will need to wear facemasks when picking up their order, and message us upon arrival. We will come out with your balloons/balloon gifts/boxes to hand over to you.
- If you have been unwell, or sick we strongly ask for you to send someone else to pick up your order.
